The DPM Mechanical Recoil Reduction System for the FN Herstal FNP 4.5" & Tactical 5.3" Barrel (.45 ACP) offers a direct replacement for the stock recoil rod without altering the configuration of the pistol. It incorporates a multi-spring intricate rod (3 springs) that controls slide movement to prevent frame damage. The system also includes two external springs of varying lengths, allowing users to fine-tune the recoil characteristics to their preferences.
