Technical Specifications
The DPM Mechanical Recoil Reduction System for the 1911 6" Barrel & Clones "Bushing ONLY" is a direct replacement for the stock recoil rod and requires no modifications to the pistol. The system uses a multi-spring intricate rod (3 springs) to control recoil, with a third spring inside the rod to manage the slide’s movement, ensuring it doesn’t slam into the frame.
Unique Features:
- Multi-spring intricate rod with 3 springs for superior recoil management.
- Includes 5 different external springs, allowing the user to select the ideal spring for their desired recoil force.
- Spring plug must always be installed when using the DPM Recoil Rod and springs.
- Allows fine-tuning of recoil by varying spring lengths and strengths.
