The DPM Mechanical Recoil Reduction System is a direct replacement for the factory recoil rod and does not require any configuration before installation.
This system offers almost double the force at the end of the full open position of the slide. Compared to the factory OEM spring, it provides additional force that stops the violent rams on the frame. This results in smoother slide movement on the frame, offering less recoil and protecting the moving parts of the pistol for a longer lifespan.
