DPM Mechanical Recoil Reduction System for SAR K12 SPORT & SPORT X 4.7" Barrel – 12 Adjustable Settings
The DPM Mechanical Recoil Reduction System is a direct replacement for the stock recoil rod and does not change the configuration of the pistol.
The system works due to the multi-spring intricate rod (three springs), which controls the functionality of the pistol. The third spring, contained within the rod, controls the movement of the slide, ensuring it never rams into the frame.
The system includes three different spring plugs and four different external springs. The spring plug with the marked groove offers a heavier buffer effect, while the spring plug with the flat surface provides a lighter buffer effect when the slide is in the full open position. The external springs vary in length, allowing the shooter to fine-tune the pistol's opening and locking positions (slide on the battery) according to personal preferences. The longer spring (with more coils) is stronger and has a heavier pound rating than the shorter spring.
The spring plug must always be installed when the DPM Recoil Rod and springs are used.
