Surefire SureFire Switches for Weapon Lights

Remote activation of a SureFire WeaponLight uses two parts: a socketed tailcap and a cable switch. The DS00 tailcap is for CR123A Scout Lights, the DSE for Dual Fuel models (M600DF, M640DF, M640DFT); both give momentary and constant-on from the button and accept any SureFire remote.

Cable switches differ in mounting: ST07 is a simple hook-and-loop tape switch, SR07 has two pads on a Picatinny clamp, CSP-07 and CSM-07 are compact Picatinny / M-LOK switches with momentary and constant-on. SR07-D-IT drives the light and an ATPIAL / DBAL laser together.

DS07 and DS-SR07-D-IT assemblies include both the tailcap and the cable portion. All switches use O-ring sealed plugs.

Do I always need a socketed tailcap?
Yes. ST07, SR07, SR07-D-IT, CSP-07 and CSM-07 plug into a DS00, DSE or the DS07 / DS-SR07-D-IT assemblies.
DS00 or DSE?
DSE for Dual Fuel (18650) lights, DS00 for CR123A Scout Lights.
Which remote gives constant-on?
CSP-07 and CSM-07 (full click). ST07 and SR07 are momentary – constant-on comes from the tailcap.
Light and laser from one switch?
SR07-D-IT has two pads – one for the light, one for ATPIAL / DBAL – pressable together.
