The EDC07 is a new compact handheld flashlight from Nitecore. It offers three types of white light and a strobe mode. Its unusually flat design is ideal for everyday carry. The light source is a top-class NiteLab MCT UHe LED. Thanks to the powerful LED, the EDC07 has a beam distance of up to 132 metres. Light output is 1,500 lumens and peak beam intensity is up to 4,410 candela. The flashlight is operated by a tail switch and a front switch that cycles the white light modes between: Warm white 3000K with CRI 97 / Neutral white 4,500K CRI 83 / Cool white 6500K CRI 73. And what is MCT? MCT LED stands for (Multi Color Temperature). This means the flashlight can emit three types of white light. Warm white LED (3000K), Neutral white LED (4500K) and Cool white LED (6500K). Warm white provides soft, bright and natural-looking light suitable for a wide range of activities. Neutral white light penetrates fog and rain extremely well while reducing glare and reflections in fog. Cool white LED resembles midday daylight and helps you stay alert and focused during long hikes or runs. The 1500 mAh Li-ion battery is charged via the built-in USB-C port. The NITECORE EDC07 has a body made of durable plastic, which benefits the weight of the light and its everyday carry. The EDC07 also features a special strobe mode.
