Product description
New generation IRIS laser with VCSEL technology. The IRIS GR4 model features an LED light, green laser, IR laser and IR illuminator. Compatible with Picatinny/Weaver mounts. Remote switch – 2 channels.
The new generation of IRIS multifunction lasers is here. The small dimensions of the device (106x58x35 mm) and weight of just 241 g put the new IRIS generation ahead of the competition. With the new VCSEL technology, the IRIS GR4 features: a green laser (520 nm, high 5 mW, low 1mW), an IR laser (850nm, high 0.7 mW, low 0.4mW) and an illuminator with high 60mW / low 10mW output. Very high-quality 7075 T6 aluminium alloy body with hard anodised finish. Powered by 2x CR123A batteries or a Li-ion 18650. The package includes the new generation remote switch for IRIS lasers, with separate channels for activating the light and the laser. Picatinny/Weaver mounting via a screw.
Use of VCSEL technology
One of the most significant improvements is the use of the new VCSEL technology, which offers higher output at lower power consumption than the technologies used until now. The advantage of VCSEL technology is that it emits a beam that is already round enough for aiming purposes and does not need to be further shaped by lenses.

The laser is installed on a rail (Picatinny/Weaver) using the mount screw. Clamping force is easily adjusted by turning the mounting screw.
