How to pay
Four payment methods — no hidden fees except for cash on delivery.
Standard wire transfer to Fair Price s.r.o. Account details are sent by email after you complete the order.
Scan the QR code in your banking app — the fastest way to pay, no manual entry of account numbers.
Pay the GLS courier in cash on delivery to a Czech address. Packeta does not offer COD — prepayment only (bank transfer or QR).
Pay in person at Vrbenského 38, Prague 7. We accept Czech crowns and Euros.
Not happy? Get your money back
Statutory return period is 14 days — we give you 30 days. Complaints are handled within the standard 30-day window under Czech consumer law.
Email us
Send a message to info@tactical-shop.com with your order number and the reason for return. We reply within 24 hours on business days.
Pack and ship
Pack the item the way you received it — ideally in the original packaging. Include a copy of the invoice or your order number.
Packeta return at our cost: contact us and we'll send you a return code. With that code you drop the parcel off free of charge at any Packeta / Zásilkovna pick-up point — this is not possible from self-service Z-BOX lockers. Alternatively, ship it to Fair Price s.r.o., Vrbenského 38, 170 00 Prague 7.
Refund within 14 days
Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the full amount via the same method you used to pay — within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
We ship across the EU
International orders go via GLS. Shipping cost is calculated automatically based on weight and destination.
