DPM Mechanical Recoil Reduction System for AR-15/M-16/AR-10 Carbine Buffer Length: 82mm / 3.2″
The DPM Carbine Buffer captured version is a direct replacement for the stock buffer and requires no modification, making it MIL-SPEC compatible.
Recoil reduction is achieved using the patented multi-spring and counterweight mechanism. This system gradually slows down the bolt carrier before it stops at the bottom of the tube, preventing violent ramming against the frame. Compared to the OEM buffer, it offers additional force to reduce recoil impact.
