Technical Specifications
The DPM Mechanical Recoil Reduction System for the Shadow Systems MR920, DR920, XR920, and Elite 9mm Open Version is a direct replacement for the stock recoil rod and does not modify the pistol's configuration. The system includes three different buffer recoil springs, each offering varying levels of spring force for a customizable recoil reduction experience. The installation process remains the same as the older version, with the user selecting their preferred spring combination.
Unique Features:
- Includes three different external springs, each providing different spring forces to tailor recoil performance.
- Comes with three buffer springs and one self-locking spring plug to ensure proper installation.
- The self-locking spring plug must always be used when the DPM kit is installed.
- B.O.S.S: Black Oxide Stainless Steel coating is applied to visible parts of the recoil system for enhanced durability.

- External Spring 1: 3.7 kg / 8 lbs
- External Spring 2: 4 kg / 9 lbs
- External Spring 3: 4.4 kg / 10 lbs
- Slide full open position:
- Buffer Spring 1: 8 kg / 17 lbs (approx.)
- Buffer Spring 2: 9 kg / 20 lbs (approx.)
- Buffer Spring 3: 10 kg / 22 lbs (approx.)
- For soft ammo: No buffer spring should be installed, offering a total power of 5.5 kg / 12 lbs in the full open position.
